Beach Yoga classes at Groundswell Cafe begin weekly starting June 8TH. Outdoor Yoga classes on the Nubble in York, ME begin weekly starting June 11th.

For Groundswell classes, you can park at Seaglass for Free. For Yoga on the Nubble parking is available at the View Point Hotel.

Bring your own yoga mat and/or towel! Water and layers are helpful! Dress in comfortable clothing to flow in and prepare for New England weather. No shoes needed!
