GUEST FACILITATOR

PRIVATE CHEF

SOPHIA PALANGE

Private Chef Sophia Palange on retreat with Sarah Oleson Yoga

Sophia is a Maine native, who grew up in the Belgrade Lakes Region; she enjoys all of the gems Maine has to offer - from coast to mountains! She studied psychology and alternative healing. But it was her world travels that exposed her to the concept of healing through food, so she felt called to enroll in the eating for health curriculum at Bauman College, a holistic nutrition and culinary arts school in Bolder, Colorado. There, she learned how to integrate seasonal, organic, unrefined, and local whole foods, for optimal health and recovery. This will be our second Maine retreat together and I cannot wait!
