Energy spirals through the Chakras of body to help balance each part of us.

When these Chakras are underactive or overactive, it can leave us feeling frustrated, anxious, and off-centered through the mind, body, and emotions.

Each month, we will explore a different Chakra.

This class will include Pranayama (breath work), Asana (Physical Practice) and Meditation to help balance each specific Chakra.

This is open to all levels of practice.
