This strengthening 45 minute vinyasa flow will create space in the shoulders, while challenging the body in standing balance postures. The recommended mantra to repeat for this practice is: "I am balanced". This is open to all levels of yoga practitioners, with ability to rest or level up. Be sure to have some water close by, and take rest when you need.
