Join International yoga instructor Sarah Oleson (RYT 500) assisted by Erin Murphy (RYT 200) for a fun and unique yoga experience! Practice communicating in ways other than verbal as we flow through balance, strength and flexibility. Sometimes, the pose just a little bit easier with help form a friend! Blend together all three elements of partner yoga—Yoga, Acro, and Thai massage, to leave feeling lighter, recharged, and playful! Whether you are Yoga novice or a regular practitioner, this class is a blast!
